Adam Lyddane, co-founder of Superlanet, has more than 20 years of healthcare and IT leadership experience. Adam has an extensive understanding of, and knowledge in the implementation of healthcare technology, clinical process redesign, consumer market strategy development, and clinical adoption strategy development for leading hospital systems in the United States and Europe. Prior to beginning his consulting career, Adam was the Senior Director of Clinical Applications at the University of California San Diego where he implemented nearly every Epic module for UC San Diego Health, and created an EMR hosting strategy and contract for the entire University of California system. His career in healthcare informatics started at Sharp Healthcare where he built the medication drug database and led physician groups to consolidate Cerner order sets. Adam stays relevant in the industry by providing IT leadership and application design for some of the largest health systems in the country (20 hospital systems or greater). He holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Kansas. His entire clinical career has been devoted to leading or practicing in hospitals in the United States and Europe. He has served as a leader for many professional organizations such as KSHP, ASHP, and is a published researcher studying his own designs in real-time clinical decision support.
Sharon Zammit, co-founder of Superlanet, has 20 years of healthcare experience. After graduating with Honors from the University of Malta, she specialized in Pharmacotherapy and continued her education with a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on marketing of pharmaceuticals. Her career spanned across various healthcare settings including outpatient, clinic, and hospital. She has worked in various disease-specific clinics and began her hospital career practicing at St. Luke’s Hospital in Europe, and continued at Sharp Grossmont Hospital and Scripps Healthcare in San Diego, California. Her clinical background, education in business processes, and continuous quest for new challenges make her the ideal leader of Superlanet's business operations.
Evan Behm is an experienced and accomplished sales executive. His previous career accomplishments include assisting healthcare organizations with data center modernization projects by migrating all data from an onsite data center to a co-location with minimum disruption. Evan’s distinguishing characteristic is his focus on clients’ business objectives and his ability to align those objectives with the services and value Superlanet provides to create a strong and successful partnership. His extensive knowledge and experience in sales processes, and his understanding of the importance of strong personal relationships, increase the value Superlanet brings to both new and existing partners. Evan holds a BA in Psychology from Arizona State University. He is also the current Sponsorship Chair for the Southern California chapter of HIMSS.
Carrie Coates has 10 years of experience in the design, build, testing, and optimization of medication management and clinical decision support tools. She brings a deep understanding of the interplay between clinical systems and clinical practice, patient safety, and provider usability and efficiency. Her expertise extends across various practice settings including ambulatory, infusion center, operative, and inpatient, as well as Epic modules: Willow, Orders, Beacon, Anesthesia, and Optime. As a leader in the healthcare IT field, Carrie has presented innovative approaches to CDS at Epic’s annual User Group Meeting, published research in peer-reviewed journals, and has been selected, along with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, as a finalist for a national Excellence in Medication Safety Award. Carrie, a licensed pharmacist, obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California at San Francisco and worked for several years as an acute care clinical pharmacist at a large academic medical center before transitioning to an EMR implementation team in 2009.
Brooke Schutta has a strong background in technical recruiting and account management, with experience managing relationships within large Fortune 500 companies in both the healthcare and IT industries. Brooke excels at outstanding customer service. Her sense of urgency and attention to detail make her the ideal liaison for our talent and clients. Brooke oversees Superlanet's talent and client relations team. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Saskia Webb has a diverse background in both B2B and B2C marketing, social media management, brand development, event coordination, and design strategy. Saskia oversees Superlanet's marketing department and continuously strives to ensure that the company’s vision, mission, and values are communicated effectively. She is a graduate of Santa Clara University and holds a BA in Communications with a minor in Sociology.
Grace Irvine has varied experience in customer service and employment relations and oversees Superlanet's human resource department. She also lends her knack for talent acquisition and retention to Superlanet's talent and client relations team. Grace holds a BS in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
