Adam Lyddane, co-founder of Superlanet, has more than 15 years of healthcare and IT leadership experience. Adam has an extensive understanding of, and knowledge in the implementation of healthcare technology, clinical process redesign, consumer market strategy development, and clinical adoption strategy development for leading hospital systems in the United States and Europe. Prior to beginning his consulting career, Adam was the Senior Director of Clinical Applications at the University of California San Diego where he implemented nearly every Epic module for UC San Diego Health, and created an EMR hosting strategy and contract for the entire University of California system. He started in healthcare informatics with Sharp Healthcare where he built the medication drug database and led physician groups to consolidate Cerner order sets. Adam stays relevant in the industry by providing IT leadership and application design for some of the largest health systems in the country (20 hospital systems or greater). He holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Kansas. His entire clinical career has been devoted to leading or practicing in hospitals in the United States and Europe. He has served as a leader for many professional organizations such as KSHP, ASHP, and is a published researcher studying his own designs in real-time clinical decision support.
Sharon Zammit, co-founder of Superlanet, has 20 years of healthcare experience. After graduating with Honors from the University of Malta, she specialized in Pharmacotherapy and continued her education with a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on marketing of pharmaceuticals. Her career spanned across various healthcare settings including outpatient, clinic, and hospital. She has worked in various disease-specific clinics and began her hospital career practicing at St. Luke’s Hospital in Europe, and continued at Sharp Grossmont Hospital and Scripps Healthcare in San Diego, California. Sharon also loves writing and has recently published her first novel under the pen name SL Zammit. She has also completed three marathons and five half-marathons. Sharon's clinical background, MBA, and her quest for new challenges makes her perfect to lead Superlanet's business operations.
Marty Momdjian has an extensive technical background in global enterprise architecture and end user experience. He excels at working with healthcare organizations to deliver technology solutions that fit their needs. Marty started his career in IT as a systems administrator for Microsoft and Cisco. He has also worked internationally with the DoD on implementing large-scale datacenter, virtualization, and Microsoft solutions, and has successfully transitioned those skills to healthcare and EMR systems. He has a passion for making every aspect of computing efficient and easy to use for clinicians and patients. During his free time, Marty loves traveling, meeting new people from all walks of life, and spending time at home with his wife and dogs.
Carrie Coates has 10 years of experience in the design, build, testing, and optimization of medication management and clinical decision support tools. She brings a deep understanding of the interplay between clinical systems and clinical practice, patient safety, and provider usability and efficiency. Her expertise extends across various practice settings including ambulatory, infusion center, operative, and inpatient, as well as Epic modules: Willow, Orders, Beacon, Anesthesia, and Optime. As a leader in the healthcare IT field, Carrie has presented innovative approaches to CDS at Epic’s annual User Group Meeting, published research in peer-reviewed journals, and has been selected, along with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, as a finalist for a national Excellence in Medication Safety Award. Carrie, a licensed pharmacist, obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of California at San Francisco and worked for several years as an acute care clinical pharmacist at a large academic medical center before transitioning to an EMR implementation team in 2009. Carrie is an innovative problem solver who does some of her best thinking during long runs and while working on challenging jigsaw puzzles.
Lancy Clark has extensive experience in project, program, and portfolio management, and has successfully led over 30 complex projects in large healthcare organizations. Lancy holds a Master’s in Nursing with a focus on executive leadership, and has 30 years of experience in cardiology, orthopedics, and gerontology. She has implemented several in-patient hospitalist programs nationwide, and is an expert in Epic, Cerner, and McKesson EHR implementations. She excels in Project Management Office (PMO) creation, development, and sustainability with a focus on quality, safety, visibility, transparency, ownership, accountability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Her expertise lies in streamlining processes, utilization of standardized industry best practices, and realizing return of investments. Lancy is a visionary and strategic leader who translates business strategies into program improvements. Her motto is to “keep it simple and make it happen”. In her free time, Lancy enjoys spending time with her family, nature preservation, yoga, meditation, relaxing on the beach, traveling the world, and learning about different cultures.
Raluca Ciocan has more than 14 years of healthcare experience and is an expert in EMR implementation, training and support, and program optimization. She is passionate about bridging gaps between the clinical setting and the complexity of informatics, while increasing patient safety and optimizing workflows. Raluca designs and manages new programs and solutions using innovative strategies that increase clinical adoption rates, streamline workflow, and decrease documentation time, which in turn increases patient face-to-face time. She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University. Prior to transitioning to the clinical informatics team, she practiced as a Registered Nurse in various hospital departments: Emergency Department, Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and the Psychiatric Unit. On her free time, Raluca lives an active lifestyle. She loves to travel, scuba dive, and snowboard.
Brooke Schutta has a strong background in technical recruiting and account management. With experience managing relationships within large Fortune 500 companies in both the healthcare and IT industries, Brooke is a valuable addition to our team. She puts an emphasis on outstanding customer service, sense of urgency, and attention to detail. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the AACSB accredited business school at Minnesota State University Mankato. In her free time, she enjoys working out and spending time outdoors hiking, boogie boarding, or just hanging out by the beach.
