If new resources must be hired for your project, Superlanet's recruitment team uses nationwide databases, comprehensive screening procedures, and secondary expert interviews to find candidates that perfectly match our clients' requirements. The candidate screening process begins with a phone screen with a recruiter that goes in-depth into the candidate's background, skill sets, and soft skills. Candidates qualified at this stage move on to a second phone screen with a Superlanet leader who is an expert in that respective field. These secondary interviews are a unique offering by Superlanet and prove very valuable to our partners by having all candidates further vetted for technical ability by a subject matter expert who has hands-on experience in healthcare organizations and their IT departments.
In addition to thorough double screenings of all candidates for technical ability, Superlanet ensures that all submitted candidates are a cultural fit for each team, manager, and/or project. Superlanet utilizes self-assessment tools to ensure that each and every candidate submitted to our clients is a personality and culture match for your team.
Superlanet provides an end-to-end recruitment methodology, which means the recruiter who is representing each consultant will also be responsible for the entire staff experience from onboarding to offboarding. These recruiters conduct biweekly check-ins with each consultant to ensure everything is running smoothly on their end, escalating any problems if necessary.
Once a candidate has been successfully placed with our client, Superlanet’s recruitment and human resources teams execute a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure each and every consultant is a viable resource for the organization. In addition to our standard onboarding and credentialing procedure which includes comprehensive background checks, drug screen, reference checks, medical screenings, certification/licensure verification, and TJC-compliant pre-employment trainings, we are happy to conduct or provide any additional screens or credentials for each selected resource
