Superlanet offers referral bonuses for select open positions as indicated on the position posted on the Superlanet Job Board. Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligible Positions
Referral bonuses apply only to positions posted on the Superlanet job board that explicitly state that a referral bonus is offered. Bonus amounts, if any, are defined on the individual job posting.
2. How to Submit a Referral
Referrals must be submitted via email to submissions@superlanet.com and must include:
- Candidate name
- Candidate resume
- Referrer name and contact information
Referrals must be submitted before the candidate applies directly or is introduced by another source.
3. Referral Eligibility
To be eligible for a referral bonus:
- The candidate must not already be in active communication with a Superlanet recruiter regarding the same role at the time of referral.
- The referral must represent the first valid introduction of the candidate for that role.
- Only one referral bonus will be paid per candidate. If multiple referrals are received, the earliest qualifying submission will be honored.
- Self-referrals are not permitted.
- Superlanet employees and contractors are not eligible to receive referral bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Hiring & Employment Requirements
Referral bonuses are payable only if:
- The referred candidate is hired by Superlanet or one of its clients for an eligible role.
- The candidate completes 90 consecutive days of successful employment.
- The candidate is not on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) and has not received formal disciplinary action during the 90-day period.
5. Payment Terms
- Referral bonuses are paid after the 90-day employment requirement is met.
- Payments are issued via Superlanet’s standard payment process.
- Referral bonuses are considered taxable income, and applicable tax forms may be required prior to payment.
6. Disqualification
Superlanet reserves the right to disqualify referrals in cases including, but not limited to:
- Duplicate submissions
- Incomplete or inaccurate referral information
- Candidates already known to or engaged by Superlanet for the same role
- Attempts to circumvent the intent of the referral program
7. Program Changes
Superlanet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral bonus program at any time, with or without notice. Final determination of eligibility and bonus payment rests solely with Superlanet.
